’Tis the Season for the Winter Wonder Line of Credit All eligible members can access their available Winter Wonder Line of Credit funds anytime between October 15 and December 15 . We know how important this loan is to many of our members during the holidays, so we’ve outlined the various ways to access your loan. Due to COVID-19 restrictions for branch access, Winter Wonder Line of Credit transfers and withdrawals CANNOT be processed at a branch or through the Call Center. Please review the available options below. STEP 1: You will need to transfer the loan funds to your savings or checking account. • Online or Mobile Banking (FASTEST!) – Log in to your account online after October 15 and make a transfer from the Winter Wonder Line of Credit to your checking or savings account (you will need your Online Banking user ID and password). • TeleBranch24 – Call our automated phone system to make a transfer (you will need your account number and TeleBranch24 PIN— see right ) STEP 2: Use your funds at your convenience. • Go Shopping (FASTEST!) – Use your JHFCU Debit Card to make everyday purchases at stores or online (Checking account required). Need a debit card? Request a card by sending a secure message through Online Banking, calling 410-534-4500 , or visiting our website to make an appointment to visit a branch • Find an ATM – Use your JHFCU ATM or Debit Card card to withdraw cash at one of our more than 50,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide. How to Enroll in Online Banking Visit jhfcu.org and click “Register here” in the “Account Login” box. Enter your account number and four-digit TeleBranch24 PIN. Forgot Your Password or Locked Out? Visit jhfcu.org . In the “Account Login” box, click “Forgot ID/Password.” Then “Go to Password Reset” and enter the requested information. After you submit, you will receive a temporary password to your email address on le. Update your temporary password when you log in. Passwords must contain three of the four criteria: upper case letter, lower case letter, number, or special character (excluding ~). You cannot use one of your last three passwords. Need help? Enter your account number, then the pound sign ( # ). Please note, account numbers can no longer be used as your User ID. 3. Enter your PIN , followed by the pound sign (#). 4. Press 3 to make a transfer. 5. Press 1 to transfer within this account. 6. Press 3 to transfer from your Winter Wonder Line of Credit to your share savings or checking account. 7. Enter 90 (your loan suf x), then the pound sign ( # ); loan/suf x options will be listed. 8. Enter your share suf x , then the pound sign ( # ); share type/suf x options will be listed. 9.
