2020 Annual Report - 79th Annual Report

John R. Young, President/CEO James P. Fredyma, Chair While we could list the many changes we implemented and the many hours we spent making decisions about how to best protect and serve our members, we will refrain from doing so. Instead, we applaud and honor our employees – because they kept you and all of us – in business. Throughout this pandemic, our employees arrived to our offices daily. They adapted to different workspaces and different requirements to keep everyone safe and healthy. NHFCU never closed an office or stopped providing services because of COVID-19. Instead, our employees worked together with fewer on the frontlines to protect one another and you. They also adapted to new technologies and took on additional work to continue serving you. It was not easy or trouble-free. But, the dedication to delivering YOU what YOU need to keep YOU going always outweighed any challenges they faced. We also want to thank you for your patience as we transitioned and adapted how we deliver our services to you. We heard many stories of the kindness, appreciation, and support you have all shown our employees. There is no doubt that this support made coming to work every day easier. What they say is true. Adversity builds strength. It strengthened our employees, our members, our communities – and our NH Federal Credit Union.
